Job Description

As Head of Experts in HR, you’ll step into a position where your work shapes the everyday experience of 3,000+ colleagues. You’ll lead a close‑knit team of 9 HR professionals in Brno and Prague (HR Integrators, HR Specialists and HR Admins), collaborate with HR experts and leadership across Czechia, and stay connected virtually with our Bulgarian HR teams. Job Responsibility

  • Lead the delivery of professional HR supportive services
  • Translate KBC strategy into HR operations with a focus on efficiency, cost, risk, and continuous improvement
  • Lead the teams responsible for HR lifecycle processes (from induction day to exit), HR policies & employee relations
  • Provide direction and day‑to‑day leadership to HR Integrators, HR Specialists and HR Admins
  • Collaborate virtually with HR teams in Bulgaria and other locations
  • Monitor and govern service agreements
  • Work closely with key HR partners and business stakeholders
  • Co‑create strategy in the area of Employee Care
  • Drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Several years of HR leadership experience across the full HR lifecycle (workforce planning & hiring, onboarding, performance & development, rewards, employee relations, and exits)
  • Broad HR generalist leader who sees connections end‑to‑end
  • Proven leadership (3+ years) with the ability to adapt leadership style to different team needs and situations
  • Strong communication skills- clear, structured, and persuasive in writing and speaking
  • Czech Labour Code: advanced working knowledge (MUST) and practical experience applying it in day‑to‑day practice
  • Experience with change management
  • Excellent English (Czech/Slovak naturally expected for local labour topics)
  • Competency of Agency- you move things forward, influence decisions, and take ownership
  • Genuine commitment to PEARL+ values and a strong can‑do attitude
  • High personal maturity, emotional intelligence, resilience, and a collaborative approach
  • Curiosity for digitalization and the evolving role of AI in HR
