Job Description

As the Head of Enterprise (m/w/d) for Germany, you will be a senior commercial leader responsible for the growth and success of Uber Eats’ most high-impact partners. You will sit at the intersection of leadership, commercial strategy, and executive-level relationship management, ensuring that our largest partners achieve long-term value on our platform. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of over seven Account Managers, driving a customer-centric culture that balances local market needs with Uber’s global objectives. We are looking for a strategic heavy hitter with a proven track record in complex negotiations, data-driven optimization, and leading teams through fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or commercial leadership roles
  • A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, ideally in a fast-growth or tech environment
  • English is mandatory
  • German is highly preferred
  • Full proficiency in Google Workspace for executive storytelling and data analysis
  • Excellent ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with C-level and VP-level stakeholders
  • Strong data-driven approach to decision-making and experience working in complex, matrixed global organizations

Nice to have

  • Experience operating in the tech, eCommerce, or German F&B industry (including FMCG partnerships)
  • Experience in strategy consulting (MBB), business development in Big Tech, or high-growth scale-ups
  • Knowledge of SQL is considered a significant advantage
