This role requires a proven sales leader with deep expertise in B2B technology sales, consulting services, digital transformation, and financial technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market share, managing high-value customer relationships, and aligning sales strategies with emerging industry trends.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy across consulting, engineering, and fintech solution implementation
Identify new business opportunities in financial services, manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise digital transformation
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and revenue forecast, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
Align sales strategies with partner ecosystems (Epicor, IBM, Adrenaline, Microsoft) to maximize co-sell opportunities and expand market reach
Develop pricing models and revenue strategies for fintech and enterprise technology implementation services
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team, ensuring a strong focus on customer acquisition and retention
Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, metrics, and sales targets
Foster a collaborative sales environment that promotes cross-functional teamwork with delivery, marketing, and product teams
Provide strategic guidance and training to sales professionals on complex enterprise solution selling
Develop and maintain C-level relationships with enterprise customers, financial institutions, and technology partners
Lead complex sales negotiations and contract structuring for multi-million-dollar deals
