Serve as AI Delivery Leader for the Risk AI Delivery Hub—shape, build, and scale AI solutions with embedded controls and clear accountability. The role serves as a strategic bridge between Risk and Technology, unifying ERM technology direction, eliminating fragmentation, and integrating strategic priorities across ERM pillars. Success is measured by operational efficiency, risk management impact, and speed of delivery. Drives continuous improvements that make core ERM processes such as risk identification, appetite, limits, and analytics more intuitive and widely adopted—ensuring solutions empower users and deliver measurable business impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and maintain ERM product roadmaps aligned with enterprise risk objectives and strategy
  • Prioritize initiatives by ROI, adoption, and regulatory impact
  • Manage the full lifecycle of ERM products, including platforms like MyRisk, from intake and design to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement based on user feedback
  • Ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and scalable
  • Enforce product management standards—roadmap development, backlog prioritization, value realization metrics—for effective governance
  • Track and report incremental business value (risk reduction, cost savings, operational efficiency) to ensure value realization
  • Act as primary liaison between Risk, Technology, and stakeholders, demonstrating cross-functional leadership
  • Drive stakeholder engagement to align product strategies with regulatory and operational needs
  • Develop dashboards for senior leadership showing investment status, adoption metrics, realized ROI, and total cost of ownership
  • Represent ERM and Risk in governance forums and AI councils, providing transparency and reporting on progress
  • Identify emerging AI technologies and pilot opportunities for risk management
  • translate strategic priorities into executable AI initiatives
  • Partner with Enterprise Data, Innovation Lab, Technology Engineering and Risk Solution Engineering teams to deliver best-in-class ERM products and AI solutions
  • Impose hard accountability: set and track KPIs for product quality, usage/adoption, stakeholder satisfaction, and realized ROI
  • Protect investment: ensure every dollar drives fit-for-purpose products and enterprise adoption
  • Implement and champion Agile delivery practices to accelerate product development and adoption
  • Oversee the continuous integration and enhancement of risk identification, risk appetite, limits and threshold management, and enterprise risk analytics into technology solutions (e.g., MyRisk)
  • Ensure platforms are regularly updated to support robust risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting capabilities, adapting to evolving regulatory requirements and business needs
  • Collaborate with ERM leaders to translate regulatory requirements and risk frameworks into actionable technology deliverables

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in financial services, strategy, CAO/COO, finance, front office/business, or management consulting
  • Significant experience leading technology teams and executing enterprise technology strategy, ideally in roles bridging risk, business, and technology
  • Proven track record of delivering technology-enabled transformation and measurable outcomes in complex, regulated environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in product management: owning roadmaps, driving adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Deep experience implementing and championing Agile delivery practices to accelerate product development and adoption
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • able to influence and collaborate across a complex matrix organization
  • Highly organized, resilient, and detail-oriented
  • adept at driving results and building high-performing teams
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's preferred
