The Head of Enterprise Data Management - Manila is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across high‑volume, time‑sensitive data and pipeline services. This leader will oversee multi-functional teams managing key datasets including ETFs, indices, pricing, security reference data, and managed data services ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability of operations. Acting as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, the Head of Pipeline Operations will shape the long-term vision for Manila-based operational teams while maintaining exceptional intraday service levels. The role requires a leader who is technically strong, decisive, proactive, and highly collaborative, with the ability to align teams, streamline processes, and support organizational growth. Job Responsibility:
Operational Leadership & Strategy: Lead and scale multi-functional operations teams responsible for delivering high‑volume, intraday data services
Define and execute the operational strategy for pipeline, data, and workflow management to support long-term business growth
Maintain and strengthen operational excellence by designing robust processes, mitigating risks, and optimizing performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase automation, efficiency, and service quality
Data & Process Oversight: Oversee the management and quality of ETF, Indices, Pricing, Security Reference Data, and other core operational datasets
Ensure adherence to strict intraday SLAs and maintain accuracy and timeliness across all data delivery channels
Identify service weaknesses, operational gaps, and root causes of issues, and drive effective solutions with cross-functional partners
Collaborate with global data, technology, and product teams to ensure alignment on data priorities and workflows
Team Leadership & People Management: Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to large, diverse teams to drive engagement, performance, and operational stability
Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and structured growth opportunities
Foster a resilient, adaptable, and high-performing team culture that thrives in fast-paced and evolving environments
Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, senior leadership, and partner teams across regions
Align cross-functional teams around shared operational goals and business priorities
Represent Manila operations in global forums, ensuring visibility and influence on enterprise-level initiatives
Decision-Making & Issue Resolution: Demonstrate strong technical and analytical capability to interpret complex datasets and operational processes
Make proactive, data-driven decisions to resolve high-impact issues and minimize operational risks
Plan to anticipate challenges, support scaling needs, and maintain operational stability and staff harmony
Requirements:
At least 5+ years in senior management roles from Fintech, Investment management or operational services
Proven track record in managing operational processes and leading multi-functional teams
Experience in overseeing data management, including ETF, Indices, operational data sets including Pricing, Security Reference Data, and managed Data Services
Experience in handling intraday SLAs with high volumes
Amenable to work on hybrid set up, EMEA Shift (2PM-11PM MNL Time)
