The Head of Enterprise Data Management - Manila is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across high‑volume, time‑sensitive data and pipeline services. This leader will oversee multi-functional teams managing key datasets including ETFs, indices, pricing, security reference data, and managed data services ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability of operations. Acting as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, the Head of Pipeline Operations will shape the long-term vision for Manila-based operational teams while maintaining exceptional intraday service levels. The role requires a leader who is technically strong, decisive, proactive, and highly collaborative, with the ability to align teams, streamline processes, and support organizational growth. This is a unique opportunity to influence global data operations, strengthen infrastructure, and enable the business to scale effectively.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operational Leadership & Strategy: Lead and scale multi-functional operations teams responsible for delivering high‑volume, intraday data services
  • Define and execute the operational strategy for pipeline, data, and workflow management to support long-term business growth
  • Maintain and strengthen operational excellence by designing robust processes, mitigating risks, and optimizing performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase automation, efficiency, and service quality
  • Data & Process Oversight: Oversee the management and quality of ETF, Indices, Pricing, Security Reference Data, and other core operational datasets
  • Ensure adherence to strict intraday SLAs and maintain accuracy and timeliness across all data delivery channels
  • Identify service weaknesses, operational gaps, and root causes of issues, and drive effective solutions with cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate with global data, technology, and product teams to ensure alignment on data priorities and workflows

  • Experience in handling intraday SLAs with high volumes
  • Amenable to work on hybrid set up, EMEA Shift (2PM-11PM MNL Time)
