Job Description

We are hiring an exceptional Leader to join our Enterprise Account Management team in Portugal. As a Head of Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, you will play a key role managing a team of experienced Account and Customer Success Managers, as well as leading strong partnerships with the biggest and most relevant restaurant brands in Portugal. This challenge requires a well balanced combination of strategic vision, client relationship management and team leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead with vision: Own the strategy for Uber Eats' most strategic restaurant partners in Portugal, developing long-term plans to unlock growth for both sides
  • Drive business impact: Your team will manage a large portfolio that contributes significantly to Uber Eats’ gross bookings. You’ll steer joint business planning, revenue expansion, and operational excellence
  • Build senior relationships: Cultivate trust-based relationships with C-level executives, creating shared value and co-developing growth strategies
  • Inspire & develop talent: Attract, coach, and empower a team of high-caliber account managers and customer success managers. Build a thriving culture that’s inclusive, performance-driven, and customer-obsessed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, Regional Leadership, and Global Enterprise teams to ensure we bring the full power of Uber Eats to our partners
  • Shape global strategy: Contribute to regional and global enterprise playbooks by sharing learnings and scaling best practices across countries

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Business Development, Strategy Consulting or similar — ideally in a fast-pace tech environment, with at least 2 years of experience in a team leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen building strong relationships and influencing C-level stakeholders
  • Robust data interpretation and decision-making abilities
  • Full fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive storytelling and analysis

Nice to have

  • Background in MBB consulting, scale-ups, or tech giants
  • SQL literacy is a plus
