  • Drive Proactive Enrollment: Manage the prospective family pipeline with consistent, empathetic follow-up, moving leads seamlessly into long-term partnerships
  • Identify Holistic Growth: Review client rosters and data to identify opportunities for supporting "trailing siblings" or providing additional resources like test prep and executive function coaching
  • Represent the Brand: Act as a "market sensor" by attending regional conferences, planning "lunch & learns," and delivering engaging public webinars to showcase our expertise
  • Collaborate on Capacity: Work closely with counselor managers to ensure enrollment results align with team capacity and service delivery excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: A proven track record in Sales, Admissions, Enrollment Management, or College Counseling with a heavy focus on relationship development

  • Austin Market Expertise: Deep existing ties to the Austin, TX educational community and the wider Southwest market are essential
  • Subject Matter Authority: Fluent knowledge of the US College Admissions landscape, including testing, essays, lists, and summer programs
  • Strategic Outreach: Demonstrated success in proactive pipeline development and expanding into new networks beyond inbound marketing leads
  • Tech Proficiency: Expert use of CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot), Google Suite, and project management tools like Notion
  • Location: Residing in the Greater Austin, Texas area is required (Remote/Home Office with local travel).

Nice to have:

  • Multi-Arena Experience: Professional background spanning both institutional admissions and private educational consulting
  • Event Planning: Experience maximizing ROI through community meet-and-greets and professional workshops
  • Advanced Public Speaking: Comfort presenting to large audiences of parents and students, both in-person and via webinar.
What we offer:
  • Comprehensive Insurance: Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Retirement: 401(k) with company match available after one year
  • Time Off: Generous holiday schedule and paid-time-off (PTO)
  • Growth Culture: Direct access to the Guidewell Education leadership team and employee discounts on all family brand services.
