Experienced in developing and refining EAL curricula to align with international benchmarks and school standards

Job Responsibility

Strategic Leadership: Provide direction for EAL provision across all year levels, managing timetabling, student placement, and the allocation of support resources
Curriculum & Instruction: Develop and refine an EAL curriculum aligned with international benchmarks while delivering high-quality instruction and modeling best practices for staff
Staff Mentorship: Support and mentor EAL teachers and teaching assistants while providing training to mainstream classroom teachers on differentiated instruction
Assessment & Monitoring: Oversee screening and placement tests, using data to track language acquisition progress and inform intervention strategies
Student Wellbeing: Support the academic and social-emotional needs of EAL learners, ensuring they are integrated into the school's social and linguistic culture
