At Cozycozy, we’re building the world’s best accommodation metasearch platform making travel simple, transparent, and inspiring. As Head of Engineering, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our CEO to be a key pillar of our technical strategy, ensuring the quality and success of cozycozy’s IT projects. Your mission will be to build a strong technological culture within the company, leading the IT team towards excellence, ensuring the reliability of our platform, and integrating emerging AI technologies to support our growth. You’ll be part of an international team (with 12 nationalities represented) that’s passionate about travel and innovation. Your role will be structured across several key areas: Leadership, Project Management, Software Development & System Architecture and Processes & Security.
