Head of Engineering – Agentic Workflows and Internal Tools

Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy. We are seeking a Head of Engineering for Agentic Workflows & Internal Tools to define the strategy, architecture, and execution of this critical domain. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this leader will be responsible for building scalable workflow orchestration systems, creating AI-native internal tools, and embedding automation into the fabric of Socure’s operations. This role is central to Socure’s transformation into an AI-native company—reimagining how every department works.
