Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and develop local electronics organization consisting of five subteams covering application, development, validation and cooperation with central electronics function
  • Ensure worldwide management of Cooling Fan Modules (CFM)
  • Ensure compliance with group-wide rules and strategic interests for electronics development as established by Brose Group’s central electronics
  • Plan and implement workspace infrastructure, equipment, and development-related test systems
  • Develop and monitor the annual budget for the area of responsibility, including initiating countermeasures in the event of budget deviations
  • Create project plans and project requests in cooperation with all involved team leaders and controlling as well as periodical reporting in portals and committees for complex, critical acquisition and serial projects
  • Manage complex, critical developmental topics concerning internal and external electronics development (suppliers and development partners)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant roles
  • Strong understanding of automotive standards
  • Solid expertise in electronics development and validation
  • Proven leadership skills, ideally with experience managing multiple subteams
  • German language skills are an advantage
