Job Description

Our client, one of the fastest growing accessories businesses in the UK, is seeking a Head of Ecommerce paying up to £80,000. The role is predominantly remote with 2 to 3 days a month in the office. The business was founded a few years and already has a celebrity following.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead digital marketing strategy across all digital channels including CRM, PPC, SEO, Social Media
  • Deal with campaign management and ecommerce trading and merchandising aswell as web management
  • Focus on optimising user journeys and digital marketing campaigns to improve traffic and conversion

Requirements

  • Experience of planning and managing agencies across paid digital campaigns across search, Programmatic Display, Remarketing, Social Media, Affiliates and SEO
  • Comfortable working within a busy, vibrant digital and ecommerce trading team
  • Strong in developing relationships with stakeholders and agency partnerships
  • Evidence of budget management

  • Define and execute product merchandising, pricing, promotions, and offer strategies to optimize AOV and subscription attach rate
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to align content, campaigns, and category storytelling with brand and growth goals
  • Lead cross-sell and up-sell strategy across PDPs, cart, and post-purchase
  • Maintain site taxonomy and ensure mobile-first, conversion-optimized design
  • Lead continuous A/B testing, UX experimentation, and funnel optimization to improve conversion and retention metrics
  • Define the customer journey from acquisition through checkout and subscription renewal, identifying friction points and opportunities
  • Own Viome’s personalization roadmap — integrating behavioral, biological, and purchase data into tailored onsite experiences
  • Partner with Analytics to measure impact, report on funnel performance, and drive data-backed decision-making
  • Own Viome’s eCommerce infrastructure, including Shopify, Loop, Klaviyo, GA4, Tag Manager, and integrated martech tools
