Job Description

My industry-leading client is looking for a Head of Ecommerce. This huge Ecommerce business has a solution-based product with ambitious growth plans for the year, aiming to become the international market leader. They are offering a salary of £70,000; this is a fully remote role.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate the business strategy into an ecommerce strategy to achieve the required growth in partnership with the Chief Commercial Officer and the Head of Marketing
  • Develop and manage the Ecommerce Strategy, mapping the customer journey and personalising the online customer experience
  • Look at pricing strategy and management of product pricing
  • Have ownership of the catalogue, from forecasting and purchasing to product and lifecycle management
  • Manage the website and work closely with the product owner
  • Improve the loyalty programme, launching subscriptions and extending customer lifetime value

Requirements

  • You will have worked in a similar role before familiar, can lead on the day-to-day best practice
  • You will enjoy using data to sell stories and familiar with Adobe Commerce, split testing, and business intelligence platforms
  • You will thrive in a small, high-growth team and enjoy getting stuck in
