Job Description:

My client is looking for a Head of Ecommerce offering a competitive salary of up to £100,000 based in London currently operating a hybrid model of working. They are quickly becoming a fashion brand known to all. This is an upcoming brand that has tripled their revenue in one year with huge plans for the near future.

Job Responsibility:

Own the net revenue, average order size, value, conversion for their website
Own all visual merchandising of stores from products to signposting
Own the analytical and CRO tools to unlock greater insight to build hypotheses to test and generate incremental output on KPIs
Hire, lead and coach a leading-edge team

Requirements:

Experience managing/ leading digital retail/ecommerce
Great experience with analytical/ CRO tools such as Google Analytics and HotJar
Great experience of demand creation using paid media (social in particular) and Shopify
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and fast learning skills
