Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of E-Commerce to lead our client’s growing online business in the baby and parenting category.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive growth across D2C and marketplace channels
  • Own the e-commerce P&L, including revenue, margins, and cost efficiency
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey, with a focus on conversion, mobile experience, and repeat purchase behaviour
  • Manage and enhance e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, marketplaces like Lazada/Shopee)
  • Develop merchandising strategies, including product bundling, promotions, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., newborn essentials, festive gifting)
  • Collaborate closely with product, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure product availability and excellent post-purchase experience
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing e-commerce team

Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in baby products, FMCG, or consumer goods
  • Proven track record of scaling online sales and improving conversion rates
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels and performance optimization
