We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of E-Commerce to lead our client’s growing online business in the baby and parenting category.
Job Responsibility
Define and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive growth across D2C and marketplace channels
Own the e-commerce P&L, including revenue, margins, and cost efficiency
Optimize the end-to-end customer journey, with a focus on conversion, mobile experience, and repeat purchase behaviour
Manage and enhance e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, marketplaces like Lazada/Shopee)
Develop merchandising strategies, including product bundling, promotions, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., newborn essentials, festive gifting)
Collaborate closely with product, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure product availability and excellent post-purchase experience
Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing e-commerce team
Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in baby products, FMCG, or consumer goods
Proven track record of scaling online sales and improving conversion rates
Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels and performance optimization
