Job Description:

Our client, a fast-growing start-up is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead a team and be hands-on with the creation and implementation of their Digital and Marketing Strategy across web, social media, branding, PR and influencer marketing, off-line collateral and email marketing. The role will include agency management, driving sales and analysis, partnerships, P & L Management, Reporting, delivery of online growth and traffic, Customer Journey and setting/delivering on KPI's. The ideal person will understand a dynamic start-up environment with the ability to be hands-on and take ownership of Digital performance and ecommerce. You will have had experience launching and developing new brands. You will be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and thrive in entrepreneurial environments.
