Job Description:

We are hiring a Head of Ecommerce/Digital Growth for a Wellness/Beauty Client in Los Angeles, CA! This leader will own the eCommerce P&L: spanning Shopify DTC, Amazon, and performance marketing — and will be responsible for driving profitable growth while maintaining an elevated brand experience. This role will also oversee data and analytics, ensuring the organization has clean, structured, and actionable data through our 3rd-party analytics partner, enabling real-time visibility into performance and informed decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end eCommerce growth strategy across DTC and Amazon
  • Own topline revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition costs across all digital channels
  • Forecast and manage the eCommerce budget, aligning spend with growth and margin targets
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and contribution margin analysis
  • Oversee the success of all paid media channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Amazon Ads, affiliates, and emerging platforms). Partner with internal and external teams to launch assets optimized for both brand and performance
  • Lead media planning, creative testing, and optimization to deliver efficient CAC and strong ROAS
  • Develop and manage agency and platform relationships
  • Ensure Amazon supports broader brand goals while optimizing visibility, conversion, and profitability
  • Partner with Amazon Agency and Operations to manage fulfillment, logistics, and reviews
  • Oversee analytics roadmap and reporting infrastructure through our 3rd-party analytics partner
  • Ensure data accuracy across Shopify, Amazon, GA4, and marketing platforms
  • Build and standardize KPI dashboards and reporting cadences for leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Leverage insights to drive growth experiments and inform strategic decisions across channels
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing eCommerce team including eCommerce Manager and developers
  • Partner with Creative, Operations, Product, and Customer Experience teams to deliver a seamless brand and shopping experience
  • Act as a thought partner on all things digital growth, data infrastructure, and long-term strategy

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in eCommerce and growth marketing, ideally within high-growth beauty/wellness brands
  • Proven success managing full-funnel eCommerce P&L across DTC and Amazon
  • Deep expertise in Shopify ecosystem, digital performance marketing (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok etc.), and attribution frameworks
