My client is an industry-leading company operating in the luxury goods sector, currently seeking a Head of Ecommerce and Operations. As the Head of Ecommerce & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the brands online presence and optimising operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will span strategic leadership in both online and offline trading, as well as overseeing critical operational functions such as inventory management, logistics, and customer service. You'll lead the charge in driving commercial strategy for two online jewellery brands and a physical retail store, ensuring alignment with company goals while delivering growth and profitability.
