Randstad is representing a pre-school under a premium international school network. As the Head of School, you will serve as both the academic and administrative leader of the pre-school campus. You will be fully responsible for supervising school staff and students, driving strategic resource deployment, and enhancing student learning outcomes. Your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining strict adherence to company policies, educational SOPs, and health and safety standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Implement and monitor learning policies, conduct classroom observations, evaluate curriculum effectiveness, and analyze learning patterns to set student improvement targets
  • Oversee daily campus administration, manage physical infrastructure, ensure health/safety compliance, and coordinate with the Regional Office on budget and procurement needs
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and appraise academic and non-academic staff. Execute termly training workshops based on Training Need Analysis
  • Drive promotional and marketing initiatives to meet student admission targets. Maintain up-to-date business intelligence on competitor trends and strengthen community and parent relations

Requirements

  • A recognized degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in education
  • Sound understanding of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) practices, child development methodologies, and curriculum implementation
  • Knowledge of school management SOPs and school improvement techniques
