  • Drive Distribution Strategies & Business Development Plan
  • Lead proactive planning and management of sales pipeline (new business acquisition, cross sell, upsell) and supporting account retention in alignment with underwriting departments
  • Proactively manage the local communication agenda to position AGCS as a lead insurer in target market for corporate, large commercial and specialty

  • Preferably Degree in Business, Economics, or appropriate discipline
