Job Description:

We are recruiting an experienced and inspiring Head of Digital to continue our digital transformation, ensuring our systems, data, and infrastructure work seamlessly for the benefit of both service users and staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the organisation’s digital strategy
  • Providing strategic and operational leadership across IT, data, and digital services
  • Ensuring technology is secure, reliable, and enables the delivery of high quality, values led mental health support
  • Overseeing cloud based data solutions, IT infrastructure, information recording, storage and reporting
  • Ensuring systems and information are available to staff when and where they need them
  • Acting as a conduit with partner organisations where appropriate
  • Supporting system integration and collaborative working across the wider health and care landscape
  • Ensuring high standards of data protection and cyber security across the organisation
  • Maintaining compliance with GDPR at all times
  • Supporting the work of the Data Protection Officer and Senior Information Risk Owner

Requirements:

  • Bring experience of leading digital services, IT, or data functions
  • Have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, information governance, and cyber security
  • Be an excellent communicator, able to engage confidently with staff at all levels
  • Be a motivating and supportive leader to our IT and Data teams
  • Share our commitment to accessible, inclusive, and values driven services
  • Able to work autonomously, flexibly, and collaboratively with staff at all levels of the organisation
  • Be an excellent communicator

  • A driver licence with business insurance and access to a vehicle is essential
