Job Responsibility:

Co-Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Americas
Lead the design and implementation of a modern, scalable API ecosystem
Champion and lead the integration of AI/ML models into our digital products
Command a cross-functional team of approximately 60 technologists across the US, India, China and Mexico
Partner with business leaders to translate digital strategy directly into measurable business growth, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital product leadership
Proven track record of launching and scaling successful, customer-facing digital products (e.g., mobile apps, web platforms) in a large, global, matrixed organization
Obsessed with the customer experience, deeply empathetic, and relentlessly focused on solving user problems through technology
Deep expertise in modern API strategy and architecture (microservices, API gateways, cloud-native)
Strong understanding of applied AI/ML concepts and the ability to lead teams in building data-intensive, intelligent applications
Proven ability to connect technology strategy to P&L impact
Proven culture-builder who can inspire.
