Job Responsibility

  • Drive global digital growth by attracting, engaging, and nurturing customers across all digital platforms
  • Translate strategic priorities into effective digital execution that increases qualified leads, conversions, and commercial impact
  • Lead integrated digital campaigns across SEO, paid media, social, email, and content marketing
  • Manage, develop and coach a small team
  • Oversee performance measurement, defining KPIs and using analytics to optimise campaigns, customer journeys and ROI
  • Strengthen global SEO performance and ensure best‑practice digital visibility across all Etex platforms
  • Embed automation and AI to enhance personalisation, predictive insights and marketing efficiency
  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for digital marketing, automation, and AI
  • Support transformation initiatives, including user testing, training, and change adoption

Requirements

  • Proven global experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, and customer engagement
  • Strong expertise in SEO, digital campaign management, marketing automation (HubSpot or similar), and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytics, Power BI, and Google Analytics to measure and optimise performance
  • Strategic, pragmatic, and hands‑on, with a strong analytical mindset
  • Comfortable working with detail, data, and performance metrics
  • Able to challenge constructively and collaborate closely with IT and global stakeholders
  • Experience integrating AI for personalisation, predictive insights, and marketing efficiency
  • Experience leading a team and operating in complex, multi-channel environments
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English
