We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of (Sr. Director) of Digital Merchandising to lead our digital merchandising strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our digital channels by optimizing product assortment, content, and promotions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital merchandising, e-commerce, and retail, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital merchandising strategy that aligns with Circle K's overall business objectives
Develop and drive the Marketplace/eCommerce strategy to enhance online sales and customer engagement
Responsible for content strategy and execution to ensure engaging, aligned, and relevant content across all digital channels
Lead a team of digital merchandising professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful implementation of merchandising initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and merchandising, to optimize the online customer experience and drive sales growth
Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment, channel and promotional strategies to drive profitability
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital merchandising efforts and use data to make decisions to drive sales
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Circle K remains at the forefront of digital merchandising innovation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or retail, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability through digital merchandising strategies
Experience with digital merchandising tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and e-commerce platforms
