In this role with our client, you will shape and execute digital marketing for their iGaming brands. Based on-site in Gibraltar, you will build the digital acquisition engine across paid search, programmatic, and SEO, guiding campaigns that raise brand awareness, engage players, and deliver measurable results. Job Responsibility:
Lead budget and channel management across paid search, display, programmatic, and SEO
monitor day‑to‑day performance
drive ROI against KPIs
Drive traffic growth in priority geos, ensuring tactics align with commercial goals
Strategise, plan, and optimise multi-channel campaigns
test, refine, and scale results
Analyse campaign data
translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve performance
Monitor industry trends, platform developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance onsite user experience and journey performance
support cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
5+ years in a senior iGaming acquisition role, with hands-on sportsbook and casino experience in regulated and offshore markets
Proven track record of delivering and exceeding acquisition targets
experience managing multi-brand or multi-geo strategies
Strategic thinker with a creative range
able to set the vision and tune keywords, creatives, and funnels
Organised, fast-moving, and impact-driven
capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining quality
Analytical and insight-led
comfortable with data platforms and turning insights into decisions
Strong communicator
able to influence stakeholders at all levels
Fluent English
