We are looking to hire a Head of Digital Marketing to act as a strategic, data-driven leader who thrives on turning numbers into insights and insights into growth. This role owns the global digital marketing strategy, driving high-quality lead generation and client acquisition through advanced analytics, attribution, and performance marketing excellence.
Job Responsibility
Develop and lead the end-to-end global digital marketing strategy across paid search, display, paid social, programmatic, SEO, and retargeting
Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and programmatic networks
Build and scale an integrated lead generation framework using audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and performance analytics
Translate commercial objectives into actionable, measurable digital strategies that support growth targets
Champion a data-first marketing culture by integrating digital analytics with business intelligence for actionable insights
Design and manage multi-touch attribution models and collaborate with IT and analytics teams to enhance reporting, dashboards, and decision-making tools
Lead global digital campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, lead quality, scalability, and sustainable performance
Oversee external media agencies to ensure alignment with strategy, efficient execution, and achievement of performance targets
Continuously optimize campaigns through testing of creatives, landing pages, targeting, and channel mix
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Business Development, Product/IT, Compliance, Country Managers, and regional marketing teams.
Requirements
Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and verbal
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a strategic role leading end-to-end paid media strategies
Proven experience driving data-led lead generation within financial services and/or FX trading environments
Advanced knowledge of multi-channel attribution, funnel analytics, and media mix modeling
Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools such as Power BI
Demonstrated ability to manage large media budgets with clear ROI and pipeline impact
Highly analytical, growth-focused mindset with the ability to convert complex data into commercial strategy
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
