This high-accountability role is designed for a commercial leader who can blend performance execution with creative sensibility. The Head of Digital will own and scale the DTC ecommerce business, evolving digital strategy from a "performance-only" focus into a broader growth engine that supports the entire brand across all channels. The successful candidate will serve as the clear owner of the ecommerce P&L, paid media, CRM, onsite conversion, and profitability. They will partner closely with the CGO, CEO, and Brand teams to ensure digital initiatives align with the company's strategic direction.
Job Responsibility:
Owns the ecommerce P&L end-to-end, including revenue, margin, CAC, and contribution margin
Builds and executes weekly and monthly forecasting, trading cadences, and performance reporting
Drives profitability through sophisticated pricing, promotions, AOV strategies, and offer architecture
Leads annual budget planning for ecommerce and digital channel investments
Sets the strategy and oversees execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google (Search, Shopping, and YouTube)
Implements a rigorous testing system for creative, audiences, and landing pages with clear learning agendas
Strengthens measurement frameworks through clean attribution, lift testing, and blended metrics
Manages in-house media buying resources or agencies to ensure world-class output
Directs Klaviyo strategy across campaigns, flows, segmentation, and deliverability
Builds a lifecycle engine focused on improving repeat purchase rates, LTV, and subscription outcomes
Oversees onsite capture, quizzes, and sign-up flows to optimise customer journeys
Owns the Shopify roadmap, including site merchandising, bundles, and checkout optimisation
Leads the CRO testing program using A/B tests, heatmaps, and funnel analysis
Partners with development and design resources to ship site improvements rapidly
Requirements:
At least 8+ years in digital or ecommerce growth
Minimum of 3 years leading a team
Proven ownership of an ecommerce P&L, forecasting, and profitability levers
Deep, hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
Strong working mastery of Shopify and Klaviyo
Demonstrated ability to scale spend while managing blended efficiency and margin outcomes
Direct experience in high-velocity DTC sectors such as supplements, FMCG, or functional beverages
Advanced analytic mindset, specifically in cohort analysis, LTV modelling, and incrementality
Strong creative judgement with the ability to direct high-performing copy and briefs
A fast, structured operator who priorities high-leverage work
A leader capable of setting standards and driving accountability without drama
An expert stakeholder manager confident in partnering with executive leadership
