We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Digital & Content to lead the digital marketing strategy across Lucas Collective's portfolio of premium hospitality brands. In this leadership role, you will shape and deliver digital initiatives that drive brand awareness, guest acquisition, customer retention and commercial growth across our venues.
Job Responsibility
Develop and execute Lucas Collective's digital marketing strategy across multiple brands and venues
Lead CRM, customer lifecycle and audience segmentation strategies to drive guest acquisition, retention and loyalty
Lead and develop the Digital Manager, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
Oversee digital marketing channels including paid media, websites, email marketing, SEO and content
Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour and booking trends to identify opportunities for growth
Drive website optimisation, conversion improvements and digital customer journeys
Manage digital reporting, attribution frameworks and marketing performance insights
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
Lead, mentor and develop the Digital Manager while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
7+ years' experience leading digital marketing within hospitality or a premium consumer-facing business
Demonstrated experience developing digital strategies across multiple brands or venues
Strong experience across CRM, lifecycle marketing, paid media, SEO, website optimisation and digital analytics
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio and marketing reporting platforms
Strong understanding of customer journeys, attribution modelling, campaign performance and conversion optimisation
Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills
Experience managing teams and developing high-performing marketing professionals
Nice to have
Experience with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms or OpenTable and CRM platforms such as Dotdigital is highly regarded
Experience in hospitality or premium consumer brands is highly regarded
