Job Description:

The Head of Digital Acquisitions will be responsible for identifying digital growth opportunities within Personal Banking and Wealth Management Technology (PBWMT) to increase acquisitions and enhance the overall product platform. This team will drive transformation towards innovative technical thought leadership and cutting-edge application development approaches in efforts to develop Multi Relationship Customers (MRC).

Job Responsibility:

Identify digital growth opportunities within Personal Banking and Wealth Management Technology
Manage multiple agile teams of engineers
Develop, drive, and implement product growth with our partners
Own technology product and service performance as delivered to the client

Requirements:

15+ years of experience
10+ years' managerial experience directly managing high-performing technology teams
Experience in the Digital space shaping technology, driving customer adoption and balance growth
Deep technical knowledge
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Nice to have:

Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization
Deep consumer wealth knowledge and passion around emerging technologies
