Job Description

Lead the end to end Mobile and Fixed Devices, SIM and Accessories business for Vodafone Ireland, setting and delivering strategies that are aligned to both local priorities and Group Products & Services and Device Operations requirements. This is a key leadership role, contributing directly to revenue, margin, customer growth and brand performance by ensuring the right products are available to customers at the right time, in the right way.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the end to end Mobile and Fixed Devices, SIM and Accessories business for Vodafone Ireland
  • Build and lead a high-performing Devices team
  • Design and implement an integrated Device Operations strategy across both Consumer and VBU segments
  • Own the development of the device strategy and integrated marketing plan
  • Drive operational excellence across the full device lifecycle
  • Manage strategic relationships with Tier 1 suppliers across devices, accessories and aftersales services
  • Oversee in-life product management

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ commercial and partnership management experience within telecommunications or a related industry
  • A university degree, ideally with an MBA from a recognised business school
  • Strong experience across marketing, commercial or strategy roles
  • Proven ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels, both locally and at Group level
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing suppliers and partners
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with the ability to solve complex problems creatively
  • Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to structure complex challenges and translate data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making
