Renowned for its large-scale townships and premium developments, the group is aggressively expanding its footprint in the Southern Region (Johor). This is a critical leadership appointment for a dynamic, results-driven professional capable of driving strategic market penetration and capturing high-growth opportunities within the region. About the job: Formulate, oversee, and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies specifically tailored to penetrate and dominate the highly competitive Southern (Johor) property market. Lead the entire sales, marketing, product positioning, and digital branding lifecycle for upcoming mega-townships, residential, and commercial projects in the region. Own the regional top-line revenue targets, design high-impact launch campaigns, and optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share. Direct, mentor, and elevate a high-performing regional sales and marketing team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Build and leverage high-level relationships with external agencies, international property consultants, local authorities, and joint-venture partners to drive strategic alliances and customer acquisition. Skills and requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in property development marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity (Senior Manager, AGM, GM, or Head of Department level). Deep familiarity with the Southern Region (Johor) property landscape, including a proven track record of successful project launches and established networks within the local market.
