Job Responsibility:
Asset Optimisation: Implement strategic plans to unlock land-bank value through innovative commercial, mixed-use, and interim development models
Commercial Viability: Conduct rigorous analysis of demand projections, project finance structures, and NPV/IRR scenarios to ensure alignment with financial goals
Strategic Alliances: Identify, negotiate, and lead high-stakes Joint Ventures (JVs) and alliances that expand market presence and asset performance
Deal Structuring: Spearhead the formulation of business models and project financing to ensure new ventures are commercially robust
Capability Building: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and commercial excellence
Requirements:
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Investment, or Property Development
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, with proven success in managing high-performing teams and reporting to Board-level stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in conducting complex feasibility studies, advanced financial modelling, and project financing, specifically for large-scale property or mixed-use developments
