Job Description

Ema is the category leader in Agentic AI, building the next generation of 'AI Employees' for the world’s largest enterprises. We are solving complex automation challenges at scale, moving beyond simple chatbots to autonomous agents that execute sophisticated workflows across Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT. We are entering a hyper-growth phase and are looking for a world-class Demand Generation leader to join us to build and grow Demand Generation Marketing. This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage a large agency from a distance; this is for a 'player-coach' who can architect the strategy, write the copy, host the salon dinner, and personally build the engine that takes us to $100M+ ARR.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the Pipeline: Take full accountability for qualified sales pipeline
  • Fortune 2000 Playbook: Design and execute the 'door-opener' strategy for the world's largest companies
  • Field Marketing: Lead our premier field marketing efforts
  • Orchestrate the 'Blitz': Align LinkedIn Ads, BDR outbound, and leadership push into unified 4-week 'account blitzes'
  • Scale the Scout Program: Formalize and manage our network of industry 'Scouts'
  • AI-Powered Execution: Use Agentic AI to automate the unscalable

Requirements

  • The Startup Scaler Profile: You have lived the $10M to $100M+ journey
  • Revenue DNA: You talk about ACV, Pipeline Velocity, and Closed-Won deals
  • Enterprise Outbound Expertise: You understand the complex buying committee of a Fortune 500 company
  • Player-Coach Mentality: You are a senior leader who can build a HubSpot sequence and write compelling ad copy yourself
  • SF Bay Area Residency: This role is based in San Francisco Bay Area
  • Resilience: You have a 'Refuse to Lose' mindset

What we offer

  • Category Definition: We are defining the 'AI Employee' category
  • Scale: You will be the architect of the growth engine for a generational company
  • The Team: Work alongside a world-class team of engineers and leaders from Google, Meta, and Okta
  • Growth Path: This is a 'zero-to-one' opportunity to architect our global Demand Gen engine from the ground up
