As Head of Demand Generation, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of all marketing programs that generate and accelerate pipeline for Beauhurst. You’ll be responsible for reaching and engaging our 10,000-account target universe in the UK through full-funnel, multi-channel programs – spanning digital, paid media, content syndication, partnerships, and ABM – while also spearheading our growth in new regions, starting with Germany. Your mission is simple but ambitious: deliver a consistent, scalable flow of high-quality leads that convert to sales, by combining smart data, creative storytelling, and precision targeting - across both traditional digital channels and emerging and novel methods.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy to drive high-quality inbound opportunities
Support SDRs and sales reps with tools, comms and content to drive quality outbound opportunities
Define clear lead, MQL, and SQL targets aligned with SDR capacity and revenue goals
Build, execute, and continuously optimise full-funnel programs to engage and convert target accounts
Lead all digital marketing channels, including PPC, paid social, SEO, retargeting, display, and 3rd-party programs
Own Beauhurst’s discoverability in LLM-driven environments - optimising how our brand, products, and data appear in AI-generated responses and semantic search platforms
Collaborate with RevOps to ensure accurate attribution, tracking, and funnel measurement
Build Beauhurst’s email and nurture ecosystem, segmented by industry, persona, and lifecycle stage, converting early-stage interest into qualified engagement
Partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams to design personalised outreach and re-engagement campaigns
Design and lead an ABM program targeting Beauhurst’s 10k account list, blending digital, email, content, and direct outreach
Partner with SDRs and sales reps to deliver 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs across key industries
Use LLM-based tools and AI-enabled segmentation to hyper-personalise messaging and optimise conversion
Develop industry-specific, integrated campaigns that combine content, events, and paid activity
Explore and implement co-marketing and strategic partnerships to extend Beauhurst’s reach and credibility
Lead Beauhurst’s growing team of digital, campaign, and email marketing specialists
Work closely with our Product team to align messaging and content to demand programs
Requirements:
Extensive experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or performance marketing roles
Proven experience driving pipeline in account-based or enterprise-focused GTM models
Deep expertise across digital performance channels: PPC, SEO, paid social, retargeting, and syndication
Experience developing SEO strategies for generative AI and LLM visibility (or willingness to pioneer this space)
Strong command of marketing automation tools
Analytical mindset - fluent in data, attribution, and ROI analysis
Experience managing agencies, publishers, and media budgets
Nice to have:
Experience with LLM-driven or AI-enabled targeting and personalisation tools
Prior work in data, analytics, or intelligence-driven SaaS businesses
Familiarity with Hubspot and ABM tools
