Are you a strategic operational leader with a track record of driving excellence in large-scale field engineering? We are looking for a Head of Delivery to lead, develop, and engage multiple delivery teams across our designated regions. You will own the end-to-end execution of our telecoms network build, installation, and maintenance activities. This isn’t just about oversight; it’s about shaping a future-ready workforce, ensuring every project is delivered safely, profitably, and right first time. From managing departmental budgets to driving multi-skilling strategies, you will be the driving force behind our operational success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operational Leadership: Direct all field operations (Fiber, Civils, Cabling) ensuring high productivity and uncompromising safety standards
  • Workforce Strategy: Own workforce planning and deployment
  • build a flexible, multi-skilled team capable of adapting to shifting commercial demands
  • Financial Accountability: Full P&L responsibility for your region/workstream, focusing on cost control, margin optimization, and resource efficiency
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work as a key partner to Commercial and Project Management teams to align our delivery capacity with long-term forecasts

Requirements:

  • Significant experience managing field-based delivery teams within telecoms infrastructure or a similar high-paced engineering sector
  • Proven ability to translate complex program requirements into actionable delivery plans and scalable resourcing models
  • Experience owning a budget/P&L and a track record of improving commercial outcomes through better planning
  • A resilient leader who can influence stakeholders, mentor diverse teams, and navigate periods of change with ease
  • A degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management/Engineering, supported by relevant telecoms technical qualifications
