As Head of Delegated Strategic Change you will lead the design and delivery of a long term transformation programme across delegated authority. You will be responsible for modernising data and system architecture improving oversight capability and delivering operational efficiency across the market. Working closely with internal teams industry bodies and third party partners you will drive initiatives that enhance service delivery support future distribution models and keep delegated authority competitive on a global stage.
