This role leads the development and optimisation of the sales network while driving corporate and fleet sales performance. The position is responsible for expanding market coverage, improving dealer effectiveness, and growing key accounts to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute dealer and sales network expansion strategies
Identify new markets, territories, and strategic partners
Establish dealer selection, onboarding, and performance standards
Monitor network performance through KPIs, audits, and reviews
Drive corporate and fleet sales strategy and key account growth
Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and tender submissions
Build strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
10–15 years of experience in sales or network development
Proven experience in dealer or distribution network expansion
Strong background in corporate or fleet sales management
Experience leading senior teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong commercial, negotiation, and strategic skills
