We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, AI Observability and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spending by up to 70%. We are seeking an experienced Head of Deal Desk to streamline deal execution, ensure compliance, and accelerate revenue growth. This role will oversee quoting operations, complex deal structuring, and approvals, while owning and optimizing critical systems such as CPQ and CLM. The ideal candidate will drive sales velocity, reduce friction across the quote-to-cash lifecycle, and align deal processes with business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage quoting operations, approve pricing and discounts, and liaise with legal and finance teams
  • Lead a centralized Deal Desk function, serving as the hub for collaboration across Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and other stakeholders
  • Structure and strategize deals to optimize pricing, maximize efficiency, and enable revenue acceleration
  • Oversee quote and contract process optimization, contract management, and pricing/discount governance
  • Define and enforce deal-related processes, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Measure performance and implement strategic planning to continuously improve deal desk operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Deal Desk leadership role within the B2B SaaS industry, ideally in high-growth environments
  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations or Deal Desk roles, with expertise in pricing strategy, negotiation, CRM, CLM, and CPQ tools
  • Working with cross functional teams on a global level to help streamline processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to collaborate across functions
