10+ years of experience across data engineering, analytics, BI, or data science
5+ years leading teams at high-growth SaaS, adtech, or consumer tech companies
Proven ability to design and scale data platforms (warehouse, ETL/ELT, modeling, governance) and to influence engineering and product architecture
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
Hands-on experience with dbt, Airflow, Hex, Tableau, Looker (or equivalent modern data tools)
Experience building analytical models, experimentation frameworks, and performance dashboards used by business and product teams
