Head of Data

Head of Data required to build and lead the data function at a fast-growing start-up in London. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who still loves getting deep into the work — designing models, building pipelines, shipping experiments, and turning messy data into decisions that shape the business. You’ll work directly with founders, product, engineering, and commercial teams to define the company’s data strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to execute it.
