Join AXA Partners as the Head of Data and play a pivotal role in transforming our organization into a data-driven powerhouse. Lead the charge in defining our data strategy and empowering teams to leverage data for business success!

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and structure the local data strategy in alignment with business objectives
  • Lead the Local Data Committee and manage a portfolio of initiatives to drive data strategy
  • Deploy and maintain a comprehensive Data Management framework, ensuring compliance with security, legal, and data privacy standards
  • Oversee the extraction, modeling, and sharing of data assets to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities
  • Design, create, and maintain analytical solutions that meet business needs while adhering to established standards
  • Monitor and promote the business value delivered from data initiatives through effective documentation and communication
  • Identify and support the upskilling and training of local users on data practices
  • Manage and mentor a skilled team of Data Managers, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in business Intelligence with a focus on Big Data
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production BI environment, with expertise in data warehousing and analytics projects in large-scale organizations
  • Proven track record of managing multi-skilled data teams and coordinating stakeholders across various backgrounds
  • Strong analytical skills, with fluency in core analytics tools and techniques
  • Excellent project and people management skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into actionable initiatives
  • A customer-centric mindset, complemented by strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and working within multicultural environments

Nice to have:

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • experience in the insurance or banking sector is also advantageous
