We´re looking for a data leader who makes data transparent to the business—ensuring it just works. You'll transform how Docplanner uses data by eliminating complexity, standardizing processes, and building reliable systems that stakeholders can trust without thinking about. This role reports directly to the CTPO. The mission: Make data so reliable and accessible that the business forgets it was ever a problem.
Job Responsibility:
Simplify everything: Reduce our data stack complexity and eliminate waste across data warehouse, product analytics, and BI teams
Build reliability: Ensure data quality is so consistent that teams stop questioning numbers and start making decisions
Understand the business: Partner with departments to identify real priorities vs. nice-to-haves, focusing resources on what drives impact
Modernize operations: Leverage AI tools and establish new workflows that scale with our global growth
Lead transformation: Change how your teams work—from reactive data providers to proactive business enablers
Lead and evolve the Data function, with responsibility for people leadership and team structure
Requirements:
Previous experience in a senior data leadership role
Ownership of the data warehouse
Experience leading product analytics and/or BI
Experience simplifying and modernizing data operations in complex environments
Experience leading and evolving data teams
Business translator: You speak both data and business language fluently
Systems thinker: You see the big picture and eliminate bottlenecks others don't notice
Scaling experience: You've simplified data operations at a fast-growing global company
Team transformer: You've changed how data teams operate and think about their role
Strategic prioritizer: You focus people and resources on high-impact initiatives and guide stakeholders toward solutions that drive real business value
