Job Responsibility
Define and execute the Data presales and delivery strategy aligned with corporate objectives
Build and scale a high-performing Data team across architecture, consulting, engineering, and project management
Develop repeatable industry-specific and cross-industry offerings in Data modernization, Data governance frameworks, Enterprise data platforms, BI modernization, Advanced analytics solutions
Establish best practices, methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets
Drive capability maturity across selected SaaS data platforms
Lead complex presales engagements, RFP/RFI responses, and solution defense presentations
Define solution architectures and commercial models that balance competitiveness and profitability
Develop cost models, estimation frameworks, and delivery assumptions for fixed-price and managed services engagements
Collaborate closely with Sales to identify and qualify opportunities, shape client requirements, and position differentiated value propositions
Act as executive sponsor during pursuit cycles and client workshops
Build strong relationships with key technology partners (Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, etc.) to co-develop joint propositions
Own end-to-end delivery accountability (scope, budget, timeline, quality, risk)
Oversee resource planning, utilization management, and margin optimization
Ensure successful execution of Data platform implementations, Data migration and integration programs, Data governance rollouts, BI and analytics transformation initiatives
Lead recovery plans for at-risk engagements
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and KPI tracking
Build and mentor a strong bench of Data architects, Data engineers, and Analytics consultants
Define skills roadmap and certification strategy aligned with key SaaS vendors
Establish communities of practice across data management, governance and analytics
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centric delivery
Own practice P&L performance for presales and delivery
Drive revenue growth, margin targets, and utilization benchmarks
Develop managed services and recurring revenue models in Data
Develop strategic partnerships with all relevant data platform partners
Drive joint GTM initiatives, co-selling strategies, and partner certifications
Track partner program compliance and tier progression
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science or related field
MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred
10-15 years of experience in Data & Analytics within a System Integrator or consulting environment
Proven experience leading both presales and delivery functions
Demonstrated ownership of medium to large scale transformation programs
Strong experience across Enterprise data architecture, Data governance frameworks, Data integration patterns (ETL/ELT, CDC, streaming), BI and analytics modernization
Experience with SaaS-based data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, etc.)
Experience managing P&L and margin accountability
Strong working knowledge of Data warehousing and lakehouse architectures, Data governance and metadata management, Master data management, Data quality frameworks, ETL/ELT tools (Talend, Informatica, etc.), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), DataOps and analytics lifecycle management
Executive presence and client-facing credibility
Strong commercial acumen
