Omio’s Data team plays a central role in guiding business decisions across Product, Marketing, Finance, Supply, and Customer Success. As Omio continues expanding into new markets (Brazil, North America, Southeast Asia and more) and deepening its B2B and B2C capabilities, we require a function that can translate data into commercial insight, prioritize initiatives with enterprise-wide impact, and influence decisions at the executive level. The Head of Strategic Partnerships will be the connecting point between Data and the broader business, ensuring alignment between analytical insights and strategic direction. This role is a senior leader within the Data organization responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making across Omio’s most critical commercial and strategic domains. We are looking for someone who acts as an internal consulting function, bridging data insight, business strategy, and market intelligence to help Omio grow sustainably across both existing and emerging markets. This leader combines deep technical understanding with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence, ensuring that data is not only accurate and timely but also strategically actionable.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics consulting, or commercial insights, ideally within travel, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
  • Experience managing managers and leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex, cross-functional settings
  • Strong grasp of data analytics, BI tools, and statistical or econometric methods
