Head of Data Science

We are looking for a Head of Data Science to lead and scale a world-class team, driving high-impact business optimization across Fever. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, translating ambitious goals into a clear, structured, and actionable Data Science roadmap. You will play a key role in shaping how data and advanced analytics are leveraged to improve decision-making and unlock growth opportunities. As a leader, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing Data Science team, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement. At the same time, you will operate as a hands-on practitioner, maintaining strong technical depth.
