Data Strategy : Formulating and implementing the organization’s data strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals (Data driven Decision). Data Framework: Establishing and overseeing policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, privacy, and security. Data Management: Overseeing the collection, storage, and maintenance of data across the organization, ensuring it is accessible & reliable. Data Capabilities (Analytics and BI) : Leveraging advanced data analytics tools and machine learning to provide insights , dashboards and support decision. Data Architecture: Designing and managing data architecture to ensure it supports the organization’s data needs effectively and efficiently. Innovation and Data Use: Ensuring seamless interaction and engaging customer across touch points (Omni-channel), emerging technologies AI – machine learning). Customer Data Management: Optimize customer data for personalized experiences and improved customer service. Analytics and Data Science: Develop predictive models and innovative data solutions. Data Security and Privacy: Protect data and ensure compliance with privacy laws GDPR , etc.. Data Operations: Manage daily data operations and integration processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related major from a reputable university
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience preferrably in Telecommunication or IT Consulting
  • Excellent Command of English
