Job Responsibility:
Strategy & operating model – Define product strategy, product federated orchestration and factory operating principles
set portfolio guardrails (prioritization, funding, re‑use, sunsetting)
Lifecycle ownership – Be the process owner for the D&AI product lifecycle
ensure traceable decisions, model and data governance, responsible AI and data compliance
Execution leadership – Lead the central factory
orchestrate hybrid delivery (internal, vendors, sectors) to plan and efficiently
Value management – Be business outcome driven
implement measurement, benefits realization and portfolio health reporting
Standards & excellence – Define product standards, benchmarking against top practices

Requirements:
15+ years across data/analytics/AI with scaled value delivery and leadership of large, multi‑disciplinary teams (~200+) and complex programs
A master degree in a Data/AI‑related field, complemented by strong business education or equivalent experience
Demonstrated command of data and AI product management, modern data/AI stacks, lifecycle tooling (MLOps/LLMOps runbooks), cost governance for AI workloads
up‑to‑date on organizational/technical best practices
Executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills
Growth mindset, resilience, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and lead change
Strategic, analytical, and visionary thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Strong, empowering leadership style and team management abilities
