As our Head of Data & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s data strategy and embedding a strong data culture across the business. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for all things data, aligning our data and technology approach with business needs, designing future‑ready solutions, and ensuring data is used effectively to drive evidence‑based decision‑making. You will lead the development of our enterprise‑wide data roadmap, covering analytics maturity, architecture, governance, and data culture. Working with stakeholders across the organisation, you will translate complex business challenges into structured, strategic data solutions. You’ll champion high‑quality, well‑governed data and empower teams to understand, trust and use the insights it provides. This role requires both strategic vision and hands‑on technical capability. You’ll shape transformation, mentor others, identify new opportunities, and ensure that the business continues to evolve its data capabilities in a meaningful and impactful way. Requirements:
5–10 years’ experience in analytics, data science or data engineering
Skilled in developing and leading data strategy, governance frameworks and reporting ecosystems
Expert communicator, capable of building consensus, explaining difficult issues and influencing senior stakeholders
Can independently manage workloads, lead project delivery and guide others in achieving their objectives
Understand how to align data strategy with commercial and operational business goals
Balance technical detail with strategic thinking, always keeping long‑term value in mind
Embody Atlas values by acting with integrity, supporting others, and focusing on real impact
Significant expertise in analytics, data science or data engineering, with a proven track record of building and leading high‑performing data functions
Highly skilled in data governance, quality controls, metadata management, information assurance and modern analytics tools, including SQL, Power BI, Power Automate and other leading market platforms
