Job Description

This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the region, combining team leadership, commercial growth and market building within one of Europe’s most active private equity ecosystems. The Head of DACH will lead the development of Finatal’s business working closely with the European leadership team to build a market-leading platform. This is a rare opportunity to lead and scale a key European market within a high-growth international firm. You will build a market-leading DACH platform across executive search and interim management, working closely with private equity investors and high-growth portfolio companies while playing a central role in shaping Finatal’s European growth strategy as part of the leadership team.

Job Responsibility

  • Building and developing a high-performing team, mentoring consultants and future leaders
  • Driving revenue growth across executive search and interim leadership mandates
  • Expanding Finatal’s presence in the private equity ecosystem, building relationships with funds, operating partners and portfolio company leadership teams
  • Identifying and developing new market opportunities, including sector and investor coverage
  • Embedding a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and delivery

Requirements

  • Proven leader with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams and driving commercial growth
  • Strong business development capability with credibility operating with private equity investors, CEOs and CFOs
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build a market-leading regional practice and lead with performance, accountability and development
  • Experience in executive search or finance recruitment is advantageous
  • Exceptional leaders from other recruitment sectors or industry-aligned environments who bring strong commercial impact and leadership capability
