Wealth and Personal Banking has four key business areas responsible for efficiently bringing the best of HSBC to our clients through a broad and relevant suite of wealth and retail banking capabilities: Asset Management, Global Private Banking & Wealth, HSBC Life, Retail Banking & Strategy and COO & Digital Transformation.

Job Responsibility:

Achieve agreed Personal and Team’s performance expectations across all pillars of performance evaluation framework
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members
Supports monitoring and tracking results of campaigns/activities for replicating successes and learnings
Work closely with internal stakeholders to deploy Customer Onboarding Managers at events to acquire New to Bank customers
Ensures that the team adheres to governance and controls standards that meets HSBC’s risks appetite

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Driven with proven track record in sales related industry
Experience in financial related industry will be an added advantage
Experience in engaging high net worth and/or International clients
Strong sales management skills
Independent and resourceful
Strong communication skills
